Die Welt beginnt den Iran mit neuen Augen zu sehen – und in Shiraz ist man sehr interessiert, wie die Welt einen sieht.
Der Grieche Stylianos Kostas lebte 3 Jahre im Iran und zeigt nun in einer Fotoausstellung seine Sicht auf iranische Identität. Ehsan war dort und hat sich selbst ein Bild gemacht.

Stylianos Kostas (Greece, 1983) studied political science and holds master degree in European studies and democratic governance. Between 2011–2013 he lived in Tehran. During that period he discovered the Iranian culture, its people and traditions. He loves photography and traveling, a combination that made him a world citizen.
„Iranian Identity“ is his first solo exhibition. The photo project is an attempt to present 2 aspect of the Iranian cultural identity: urban atmosphere and rural traditions. A special focus is given to the Qashqai nomads based on a wedding ceremony in 2012.
He captures day life and diversity in Tehran, Damavand countryside, Isfahan, Kashan, Yazd and Shiraz.
